The Registry Department of the International Institute of Tourism and Hospitality (IITH), Yenagoa, serves as the administrative backbone of the Institute, ensuring the smooth coordination of academic and non-academic activities.

As the central administrative unit, the Registry is responsible for maintaining official records, supporting institutional governance, and facilitating communication across all departments. The Department plays a critical role in upholding policies, procedures, and standards that guide the operations of the Institute.

With a strong commitment to efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism, the Registry ensures that students, staff, and stakeholders receive timely and reliable administrative support.

The Registrar is the Chief Administrative Officer of the Institute and is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the institution. As the custodian of official records, the Registrar oversees all registry operations and supports the functions of the Governing Council and Academic Board.

The office of the Registrar ensures that all administrative processes align with institutional policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices in higher education administration.

Under his leadership, the Registry Department continues to uphold the highest standards of administrative excellence and service delivery.

The Establishment Unit is responsible for staff administration, including appointments, promotions, and personnel records. The unit ensures that all staff-related processes are handled efficiently and in accordance with institutional policies and regulatory standards.

Mr. Ozato brings over fourteen years of institutional administration experience to his role. He holds a B.A. in International Relations and History from Delta State University, Abraka, and a National Diploma in Public Administration. He is currently pursuing a Master's degree in International Relations at the Federal University, Otuoke. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (MCIHRM), a Certified Personnel Manager (CPM), a member of the Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators of Nigeria (MIPMA), an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management Chartered (AMNIM), and an Associate Member of the Institute for Tourism Professionals of Nigeria (AMITPN).

The Admissions Unit manages all processes relating to student admissions into the Institute. It ensures that applications, screening, and admissions are conducted transparently and in line with approved guidelines.

The unit provides prospective students with guidance on admission requirements and facilitates a seamless enrollment experience.
