Frank Lagbegha-Ebi Mercy is a Physicist with a Master's degree in Solid State Physics from Delta State University. She is currently pursuing a doctorate degree in Physics, with a specialisation in Electronics and Communication, at the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun.
