The Directorate of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) at the International Institute of Tourism and Hospitality, Yenagoa, ensures that technology systems are available, secure, and reliable for both staff and students. By deploying human capacities alongside the necessary infrastructure and network services, the Directorate supports academic and administrative functions across the Institute. Frank Lagbegha-Ebi Mercy is a Physicist with a Master's degree in Solid State Physics from Delta State University. She is currently pursuing a doctorate degree in Physics, with a specialisation in Electronics and Communication, at the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun.
